R. B. Bhaskaran (b. 1942) is a renowned Indian painter, printmaker, and a key figure of the Madras Art Movement. Born in Chennai, he studied at the Government College of Arts & Crafts, Madras, and later trained in printmaking and fresco techniques in India and abroad.
