Sandip More is a contemporary Indian artist based in Mumbai whose practice explores abstraction, space, colour and the sensory experience of visual form. He completed his Bachelor of Fine Art in Painting from Sir J. J. School of Art, Mumbai, in 2002, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Art Education.

More’s paintings are characterised by geometric forms, layered divisions and an engaging interplay of colour, light and space. Circles, triangles, squares and polygonal structures become recurring elements within his compositions, creating a visual balance between structure and movement. His works explore depth and perspective while allowing colour to become an essential part of the spatial experience.

His artistic language is rooted in abstraction, where forms do not necessarily represent specific objects or symbols but instead create an atmosphere of tranquillity, depth and visual harmony. Through carefully balanced compositions and subtle tonal transitions, More invites viewers to experience the painting beyond its immediate visual appearance.
