Hitesh Gilder is a Mumbai-based self-taught contemporary artist and sculptor whose practice explores the expressive possibilities of metal, particularly stainless steel. Drawing from his extensive experience in design, craftsmanship and metal casting, Gilder transforms industrial materials into dynamic sculptural forms that explore light, reflection, texture and movement.

His works often draw inspiration from nature, organic forms and the energy of transformation. Alongside his sculptural practice, he creates contemporary paintings that incorporate sculptural stainless-steel elements, creating a distinctive dialogue between two- and three-dimensional forms.
